What should i do about dog shock collar?
Ok, recently my neighbour got a dog shocking collar his dog is PERFECT all she ever does is bark.. with is normal with dogs, THEY HAVE A FENCE. i just want to know what should i do i try to convince him its cruel.. and now his dog never barks inside and looks extremely petrefied scared and REALLY SAD! help pls
