Large breed dog diapers for 80 lb Doberman?

I have an 80 lb doberman and the XL size diapers at Petsmart are too small. This is her third cycle and I still haven’t found something that works. I’ve even tried making my own. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for all your help!

you could try mens under wear with a poise pad or any pad in it .
