How could I let my mobile home?
Our mobile home is not sold and we must act now. is really stressful. paid 535 for home land and 190 for a month. It is on 1.2 acres 10 miles from the city. 2004 is a condition perect. large fenced yard, a cage, a new shed 12×12. What can be rented for Why? It has 3 beds 2 full bahts. I'm afraid to hire people because I know that mobile homes can rip at any time.
My advice would be to check the news paper and see what others are mobile homes for tenants. Because yours is probably more fun than you can be cooler than 25 to 50% depending on what the traffic will bear. It is always better to ask more and take less in the other direction.
