Who makes the best dog clippers around?
I'm looking for a pair that will last long, stay strong, have a mechanism spring and a comfortable grip size. Is 50 per pound American Staffordshire Terrier, brindle with thick dark nail. (Luckily it is a transparent nail on the front and back for me to judge:) I bought a pair of $ 5.00 and I did not handle the economy, but especially the speed with which they are hit. 4 uses! I learned millers forge and Hagen. I'm probably willing to spend about $ 20. Thanks for the comments!
I prefer the scissor type. Miller Forge had to handle color Orange, which were decent and lasted until the nut has begun to release more of something that had a safety device that always gets in the road. Power cutters I use are made of bamboo, you can get at department stores and many small independent shops. I was very happy with them so far and have used this pair over a year and cut the nails of my two dogs, front and back at least once a week. They feel comfortable in the hand, cut and smooth and come with a syptic small bottle of powder in case and is useful because it stores right on the handle.
