Why is my German shepherd dog barking in the car and how can it be arrested?!
My 18-month German shepherd barking incessantly in the car when we walk, but is on the way home. Our other dog is fine and have no problems. They sit in the lounge, with a watchdog to prevent the Climbing in the backseat. For now, the only time that does not bark, that if my husband is sitting in the back seat and when he starts flashing. Do not get excited by going for a ride and we have no problem entering your car. We used to carry in the back seat with a safety harness and was well, without barking, until it led to boot.We did it for the security (the fruit of your harness) and space (only two people could travel in the car when you have two big dogs too!) believe that bark indicates that he is concerned, during transit and tried to comfort, etc, but I'm running out of ideas! How can you – I get this behavior stop?
He's excited to go cos go for a walk. I do not think this is because he is restless during transit or when it is on the way home. It is be in the car with the fun then try puttin it in the car Takin it around the block without gettin him a ride and then back home again … continue to do so repeatedly and randomly split the car talkies. Ignore the barking, I know its boring and hard to ignore, but gives more atttention, even tellin him its ok or remain silent, the more bark. Her husband, seated in the back is giving him too much attention. Besides, I did not know where you live, but the laws relating to dogs in cars should be, or has changed already in the UK … It's something to do with them having to be in a niche or a harness for their own safety.
