Is there a law in New Mexico that dogs should be linked?
I heard they were trying to pass a law that should have at its dog on a harness or safety belt, is it true?
Gosh i hope so! I always put my dog in his kennel, which is affixed to the back of my car. That a stray dog while driving is dangerous! If you do not have barriers pet your dog can go straight back to you, etc, with obstacles that may even prevent drivers. If you can afford, portable DVD players with movies for kids are a great way to keep kids occupied. Remember only DVD screens are not allowed to be visible to the driver. If the DVD is out of reach, local libraries have audio books that any family can enjoy together.

Traveling with animals
