16 years old, 5'9 ", 243 pounds, and approximately 23% body fat is this normal?

I know I am overweight and want to know what I make young as 16 years less than my weight, being more comfortable with breathing and all who live. I need to know on a diet of basic treatment quality and good exercise. It would run a mile and a half each day to be to lose 48 pounds in late summer. My goal is to reach 195 as maximum. Thank you.
