how to file a complaint about someone canceling my order?

I ordered a Garmin Astro 220 Bundle with DC 40 Dog Collar GPS Receiver from antaresprocom for $239.72 on Feb.13,2011 and paid for it with a visa credit card and someone canceled my order and it wasnt me.I never did receive my order and they put my money back in my account.I wanted this product very badly.I dont think this was right of them at all.So can you please help me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I would try to figure out who canceled my order.Maybe someone has your account information.If the company refunded your money not much you can do.
