Questions about the dog in Fable II.?
1) Is it possible for the dog to become lost/to die?
2) I have discovered that several Collars for the dog say “For Marksman Dogs Only” or “For Will-Using Dogs.” How can one teach their dog to use a weapon or learn to use Will?
3) My friend says his dog glows gold after completing a certain quest. Why is this?
Any advice is really appreciated:)
1. There is a bug that’s been reported by some, of the dog going missing at some point in the game. I have not encountered it, and I’ve found the dog AI to be actually pretty good. He might not always stick immediately on my heels when I change direction or jump off something suddenly, but he always turns up after a few seconds.
At some point in the main quest you are forced to make a decision that will affect if you will continue to have the dog after the main quest.
2. I haven’t run into those yet. I’ve only found four different collars at this point in my current game.
3) Your dog’s appearance (glitches in video aside!) depends on your characters good/evil pure/corrupt score. By the time my hero had a halo, my dog was a fair golden/white color.
