What should we wear during the grand march?
I’m not sure if they do this everywhere, but where I come from, during the grand march, the bridesmaids and groomsmen usually wear something that represents things the bride and groom like. As an example: If the groom likes hunting all the bridesmaids wear camouflage or orange vests and if the bride is a nurse, all the groomsmen wear scrubs. These are over the top of their dresses/tuxes.
I am in a wedding this weekend and we are trying to come up with something for us to wear during the grand march. We’re trying to keep it cheap also. Some of the interests of the couple: they have a black lab dog, he works on cars and pours concrete, she’s a nurse (but we’re not sure if we can find scrubs big enough for some of the guys), they both like to drink (he drinks Jim Beam and she mostly drinks Bud Light), she’s not really a girly girl, they are in a dart league, and I can’t really think of anything else right now.
