What kind of crate is good for a beagle?

this crates will all be inside for now because my dog is a puppy

also what size is good for a beagle to last when it is a puppy and a adult?

I have the metal crate for my dogs. They didn’t like the enclosed feeling of the plastic crates that you cant see out as much. Plus they stand up more if the dog is a chewer. Go to PetSmart or Petco and look at their crates. They typically have a size and even breed recommendations on them. Get the size recommended for a Beagle. Most of the metal ones even have dividers where you can make the area smaller for now and then gradually give them more space as they grow. This helps with potty training.

There is even a size guide at the bottom of the page. They recommed a 36″ x 24″ x 27″ for a Beagle.
