which match is worse: Texas bull-rope,Indian strap,Russian chain or Georgia dog collar?
All are terrible matches.
If I had to choose one, I’d go with the Georgia dog-collar match for sure.
Dog Tracking Collars
As a dog owner you’ve probably looked through the myriad of different dog training collars available and have become a bit overwhelmed. What’s worse is the constant wavering of opinions over which collar works better for training than the other. Most people choose a special training collar when their dog is having behavioral issues. These can be an extremely effective way to break them of their bad habits. Others use them to train a new dog or puppy to teach them good habits from the start. Whichever reason you may have there are plenty of options for you to choose from.
There is any number of behavioral problems that dog training collars may be able to correct. That being said there is no one solution that is going to work every time. Depending on both the behavior and the dog there are several different options you can choose from. A good example of a common behavioral problem is a dog that barks excessively. This can not only be annoying to yourself, but also any neighbors that may live nearby. One type of collar that is commonly used to correct this problem is an electric shock collar. While the name itself may sound cruel, in practice they are very effective and harmless. When the dog continues to bark after being instructed not to, the owner is able to administer a slight shock to the dog. This immediately disrupts the dog’s unhealthy pattern and quickly allows it to associate excessive barking with minor discomfort.
Dog training collars do not have to be about discipline only however. They are often used by dog trainers and new owners who are looking to teach their dogs good habits. One popular dog training collar used is what’s called a chain clip collar. You probably have seen these referred to as “choke collars” because of the way they sit around a dog’s neck. These allow for maximum control over a dog that is on a leash and are especially effective in training larger or unruly dogs. Like all training collars they are meant to be used as a tool for training and should not be used as a regular dog collar.
Sometimes special dog training collars are absolutely necessary to protect our pets from danger. Breaking them of bad habits such as chasing after cars while on a walk for example could mean the difference in saving their lives. It can be extremely frustrating as an owner to have to deal with these types of behavioral issues on a daily basis. With any dog training product it’s important that you understand the dog’s behavior problem and use them appropriately to retrain them.
No matter what size of breed of dog you may have, there is going to be a training collar to fit them. You’ll hear a lot of opinions on which collar works best for different situations, it’s important not to discount any one method. It’s never too late to teach an old dog a few new tricks, and these dog training collars are the best way to get the job done. Dog Training collars
